**Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten for the current school year.

**All children enrolling in the Elmore County School System must have his/her address or residence verified.

The following items are requested for registration:

•1.    Certified Birth Certificate - (Not the Hospital Certificate)

•2.    Social Security Card

•3.    Alabama Immunization Certificate

•4.    Copy of Mortgage or Lease AND Copy of a fixed utility (gas, cable, power, etc.)

•5.    Any Custody Agreements
